IGNITE at Journées Ouvertes en Biologie

I went to JOBIM (Journées Ouvertes en Biologie, Informatique, Mathématiques), a national conference for bioinformatics in France. It was held in Nantes, July 2-5. For this event, I received a travel grant from the SFBI (Société Française de BioInformatique) (French Society for BioInformatics). I presented a poster called "Benchmarking Hi-C scaffolders".
